Power-Packed Energy Balls

A quick blitz in a blender and this tasty treat comes together in no time! We love having these before our afternoon weightlifting sessions, but really any excuse is fine by us!

Power-Packed Energy Balls:

1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Almonds
2 tbsp Coconut Flakes
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Linseeds
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tbsp Honey
4 Scoops Chocolate Collagen Power (We used True Protein)
½ Cup no sugar chocolate Chips
¼ Cup Almond Milk (or enough to make it sticky)

Just blitz up all the nuts, seeds & oats in a blender or give them a rough chop. Put the nut mixture into a bowl, add the honey, protein powder and chocolate chips. Mix it together. Then add the almond milk slowly; you just need enough to stick together. Once lovely and sticky, wet your hands with water and roll into balls. It should make roughly 15 balls. Try not to eat them all at once!
